Proprioception helps to improve the stability, function and performance of joints and ligaments.
Proprioception is needed as a foundational part of any form of training. As part of our program we will address this foundational concept in order to help you thrive in your training program.
Segmental Strengthening
Our unique approach to movement and strengthening includes learning to perfect movements of both the functional and aesthetic muscles. This is done through planned training sessions (with respect to time and availability), muscular re-education to guide you in avoiding injury, and posture and gait
analysis.
We will teach you how to perfect your movements, train properly, and strengthen your body in the most efficient and effective way. Our Strength and conditioning approach is based on osteopathic principles in order to help you not only train better but live better.
